Fast attacking running rugby - tick

The U12's are working hard on winning the ball back through a strong and organised defensive line. Tackling has improved and they have started to realise it's easier if you give the opposition less time and space. The was evident by all players in the matches at a chilly but bright Banbury. Tight pitches didn't diminish the effort to play a fast attacking game with the ball working it's way down a hard running line.
Modest improvements are also being made on decision making at the ruck with boys spreading out and staying connected in defence when we haven't got the ball. It was very pleasing to see the team working hard for each other and increasing the noise and positive communication, something lacking at times this season. Overall four impressive wins on the road continues to demonstrate the hard work over the first 12 weeks of the season. Thanks also to the wonderful parents who braved the elements to cheer on our little U12 marvels.
