Welcome to the Chinnor Boys U12s

We welcome new players, Mouthguards are mandatory so please ensure they are available for training and games.

Training

• Training starts on the 3rd September:
• Sunday Training Session Time 11:00 to 12:30
• Wednesday Training Session Time 19:00 to 20:00
• Please arrive early for registration and a prompt start

Typical Timetable

• Before : group warm up games & player sign-in
• Warm-up, stretches
• Skill session 1 e.g. tackle, ruck, maul
• Skill session 2 e.g. passing, running, evasive skills
• Game play
• Debrief, next week and awards
• Finish, player sign out
• Back to the club house

Coaches
All the coaches have been DBS checked and various levels of coaching certificates (including Rugby Ready, Level 1 & Level2), we are working to have all coaches qualified to level 1 (under 7 - 12 qualified).
