Hello and welcome to the Chinnor U11's.

We always welcome new players so please contact Karina if you'd like further information.

The season runs until the end of April and we host/attend a number of fixtures and festivals.

Training

• Training starts on the 8th September:
• Training Session Time 11:00 to 12:30
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration and a prompt start

Typical Timetable

• Before : group warm up games & player sign-in
• Warm-up, stretches
• Skill session 1 e.g. tackle, ruck, maul
• Skill session 2 e.g. passing, running, evasive skills
• Game play
• Debrief, next week and awards
• Finish, player sign out
• Back to the club house

We are always looking for more volunteers to support the team, so if you'd like to find out more about how you could help please peak to one of the coaches.

Coaches
All the coaches have been DBS checked and various levels of coaching certificates (including Rugby Ready, Level 1 & Level2), we are working to have all coaches qualified to level 1 (under 7 - 12 qualified).
