On site highlights:
We would be grateful if all club coordinators can share the following with ALL parents,
coaches and supporters in advance of the day:
● Free parking will be available at BMW / Mini factory.
○ Sign posted off Horspath road and is a 3 minute walk from the Quins ground
○ Please enter through gate 7
○ Please drive carefully as there is another ebent using the car park
○ Please use marked crossing only
○ You may be directed to the overflow car park if the car park is full
○ We encourage car sharing as spaces are limited and the festival will be busy
● Access to the club car park is for club car park pass holders and blue badge holders
only
● Please inform festivals@oxfordharlequins.org if you wish to reserve a parking space
for minibus or other team transport
● Please only use the designated crossing point across Horspath Road
● Grounds admission fee will be £5 per adult including coaches. There will be an
electronic programme, and contactless payments are preferred.
● There will be Food Trucks, Drinks and Refreshments on site
● The bar & kitchen in the Club House will also be serving food and drinks all day
● Toilets will be sign posted on site
● There will be a dedicated first aider on site
● There is no provision for changing rooms
● The playing schedule for the day will be managed via a WhatsApp group
