Good morning,
We are well underway with planning the tournament and I thought I would update you with the fixtures.
The park will open at 08:00 and more comms will be provided on parking locations nearer the event. Coaches, less able bodied and ref's will be allocated a parking pass and designated parking on the day.
U14/U15/U16 - briefings will take place at 09:00
Colts Briefings at 14:45
Referees have been sourced from the ORFU for the event, although we may ask that coaches referee one round to give the match officials a break during the day.
Entry fees on the day will be by card only and will be as follows: Adult and Child (Same family) - £5, Family Group - £10
The event will be donating some of the profits to the Kamran Ward at Oxford Hospital which was used by ours and Quins former player Harvey Verran who lost his battle with cancer last year, there will be QR Codes displayed throughout.
