Chinnor Rugby Club

Our Senior Squad is the pinnacle of rugby at Chinnor RFC Thame. The squad fields two teams; the 1st XV and the 2nd XV (known as the Falcons). Our 1st XV competes in the second tier of English rugby, Champ Rugby, and our Falcons play in Group 1 of the Raging Bull Shield.

The squad typically trains on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. As semi-professional rugby players, the squad will have separate gym and conditioning sessions.

Whilst the Senior Squad is internally competitive and highly ambitious on the field, we are also deeply connected to the rest of our Club. No individual is more important than the Club, and our player culture is one of humility and respect. Many of the squad will support Minis and Junior training on a Sunday, supporting the #CHINNORFAMILY ethos and giving something back to the younger players that support the team on a Saturday match day.
