The U13s were very lucky this morning to welcome Matt Mountford, Chinnor Falcons Head Coach and a Chinnor Community Coach, to our training session. To shape the session, Matt came to watch the team play against Oxford Harlequins last week. Conditions in that match were difficult, but key observations he identified for our session today were the need to improve our ability to maintain formation through the phases and communication between players.

Many thanks to Matt for committing his time and running the session this morning. His skill and experience as both a player and coach really showed through this morning and helped both our players and our coaching team develop their skills. The players worked hard throughout the session and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The coaches learned a thing or two as well!

The U13s ran their second cake stall at the 1st team match against Rotherham yesterday to raise funds for our tour in 2020. Unsold stock was sold this morning across the age groups today bringing our tally for the weekend to £268 and our tally to date to £465! Many thanks to our fund-raising champion, Alex Wall Morris and all the donations from within our age group to make this a success.
