Dear All,
The training on Wednesday was very encouraging, all the coaches were impressed with the commitment and attitude shown especially considering last weekend's performance.

I have selected the teams for Sunday, if a choice between players for the same position is needed I will select the player who I believe to be the best tackler.

We all have a lot to prove on Sunday, so be ready and prepared to play with your heads up, looking for and giving immediate support.
