The first fixture block of 7 games culminated with a narrow win over London Scottish, 22-20. The players then had a well deserved weekend off to recharge and reset ready for the next block of 6 games which will take us into January and the halfway point of the season.

Champ Rugby returns with Round 8 and an away trip to the Wirral Peninsula. Caldy's impressive start to the season sees them maintain a top 6 position. Your support would be appreciated, 2pm ko.

Then we move onto Round 9 and Friday Night Lights at Kingsey Road vs Nottingham. One of the highlight games from last season. The Archers, currently sitting 5th with 4 wins plus a decent bonus point haul, are a high scoring outfit with some familiar faces to Chinnor fans, with Finn Theobold-Thomas making some appearances in the front row from neighbouring Tigers.
