Club memberships and Season Tickets are now available for purchase.

Please note, we have moved purchasing Club memberships from Pitchero to TicketPass, as it provides greater flexibility allowing us to spread membership fees over a longer period.

We are please to announce that all club memberships will now be sold via TicketPass, our platform for Memberships, Season Tickets, Match-Day tickets and Events.

In the Membership section on Ticketpass you will see our 8 Membership Products.
Please select the Membership category that is applicable to you and then select the Membership that fits your requirements.

(Please note: If you would like a physical card, select the physical card option, we will send a card to your home address. The card will take approximately 4 weeks).

All Categories, except for Season Tickets, are for Club Membership and you must have a Membership if you play for a Chinnor Team. Your membership includes player insurance, match fees, tournament fees, playing shirt (if applicable), facilities and post-match food as relevant to age group.

An Adult or Parent Club Membership entitles you to one discounted Season Ticket and a 10% discount at the bars plus other membership benefits including application for International Tickets.
Season Ticket QR code must be scanned at the gate for entry.
Membership or Season Ticket QR code must be scanned at the bars for a 10% discount.

Categories & Products:
Season Tickets - Match Day Entry to all Home Champ games plus pre-season
Supporter – Non-Playing Club supporters including Honorary Members and VPs
Adult Player - Adult Playing Membership for one of our senior teams
Parent of Junior - Parent + Eldest playing child is a Junior player (U13-U18’s)
Parent of Mini - Parent + Eldest child is a Mini player (U7-U12’s)
Parent of U6 - Parent + Eldest child is U6
Additional Child Player - Second and Third playing children (U6 - U18’s)
Students - Playing Student in Full time education, University or FE College

Payment plans:
We have 2 payment options, pay full amount on checkout or 4 consecutive monthly payments from your credit or debit card.

Parent Membership Notes:
Complete the Parent member for a 10% discount at bars plus other member benefits, you must have a Parent Membership to buy a Parent Season Ticket, you can buy up to 2nd Parent Season tickets at 50% off (Parents or Guardians), the season tickets can be added to your basket by selecting it in the Season Ticket 25/26 Category.
If you have more than one playing child select the Additional Child Player Membership that is applicable. If you have more than 2 playing children please contact the Membership Secretary.
Please make sure that you select the correct team for your child and enter their name in full. You do not need to provide an email address for the child.

Adult Player Notes:
If you’re an adult player, you should first buy your Adult Player Membership and then buy your children's memberships as Additional Child Players 25/26.

Chinnor APP:
Once you have brought your New Membership and/or Season tickets you will receive an e-mail from TicketPass with the QR codes, you will need these for your 10% Discount or Match Day access.

Important Notice:
If you haven’t yet downloaded the Club App, search for the “Chinnor RFC” App from the App Store or Google Play Store for Android. Your login email is the same you used on TicketPass to create your account. You can also add your tickets to your Apple or Google wallet if you prefer.
Once your Membership purchase has been validated by the Membership Secretary your Membership and Season Ticket QR codes will be visible in the Chinnor App, this may take up to 5 days. This keeps them all in one place and easy to access.
