Titchener, who joins the Club from Championship side Coventry, has National League 1 experience having made 18 appearances while on loan at Hull Ionians last season, scoring 101 points.

He is delighted to sign and is looking forward to getting started at Kingsey Road.

Max said: “I’m really pleased to be at Chinnor RFC Thame. Richard Thorpe told me about the coaching staff and the players here. I wanted to choose a Club that wanted to develop me as a player as well and I think that is what I’ll get here. He’s got good aspirations for the Club, he wants to go up the leagues, and that’s what I want to do as well. I’m looking forward to when we can start playing.”

Chinnor RFC Thame Director of Rugby, Richard Thorpe said: “Max is an experienced National League 1 player, who is hungry to learn and develop further. We will be working hard with Max to see him take his game to the next level. My coaching team and I are excited to see his true potential when we return to playing.”
