Overview
Old Elthamians travel to Kingsey Road to continue a fierce rivalry that has delivered some tightly contested matches over the last few seasons in both the third and fourth tier.
OEs sit seventh in the table at this stage of the season, however they are only nine points behind fourth-placed Chinnor and, after their victory in the away fixture at Meadow Road, they will be keen to record the double.
Old Elthamians have been playing a fast, high-paced game led by scrum-half Ollie Claxton and this has led to some commanding results against Blackheath and last weekend’s hard-fought win against Darlington Mowden Park.
Current Form

Players to Watch
Jared Saunders
The former Saracens, Jersey Reds and London Scottish hooker is in his first year with Old Elthamians and has played a number of positions for them. Traditionally a hooker, Saunders has multiple appearances in the back row and this is likely where he will appear for them on Saturday but still throwing into the lineouts. South African-born Saunders has a reputation of hard uncompromising hits and dynamic ball carries and deservedly picked up the man of the match award in the reverse fixture earlier in the season
George Eastwell
Eastwell has been ever present in midfield this year and the number 12 will be looking to impose himself this weekend as one of the best centres in the league. After signing from Jersey Reds, he has been one of OEs main ball players with his ability to be second receiver helping their wide and expansive game.
Ollie Claxton
The Belgium international and ex-England Student is in his third year with Old Elthamians and this season the live wire scrum-half has certainly been at his best. Renowned for his quick tap penalties and darting runs from rucks, Claxton is one of the in-form nines in National League 1 having scored 12 tries this year and is definitely a danger man.
