After the unfortunate postponement we welcome Bedford Blues back to Kingsey Road in a highly anticipated game where the two in form teams will battle for play off places.

After two games this season both teams had lost their opening fixtures. Since then the Blues have been unbeaten in an incredible run and Chinnor have lost only two.

Bedford have the reputation of playing fast and open rugby and in some superb backs they are probably the most attractive team in the league.

Chinnor will welcome back some old favourites in the Blues team, Freddie Tuilagi and Tom Price were both very popular and successful players who contributed much to our success over the years.

Blues will be looking to overturn the defeat last season when Chinnor used the conditions to win an arm wrestle in the mud.

Chinnor did a big favour for the Blues in Round 12, in the epic win at Warriors, which gave breathing space to Bedford in the race for the top 2. Important as this guarantees a play-off semi final spot and home advantage. Positions 3 to 6 enter the play-off quarter finals, with the teams in 3rd and 4th playing at home. The race is ramping up and much to play for at the half way point of the Champ campaign.
