Please find the table plan attached. When you arrive on Saturday to decorate, your table will be labelled. Reminder - tables can be decorated between 11am and 3pm.

Silent Auction
We’re really excited to be hosting our first silent auction. There’s some fabulous items to bid on. https://superstars-auctions.com/chinnorpicnicball. There will be a brochure available on the night too. Please do share with your guests ahead of the evening. And for those that are really keen and want to get bidding already, you can do. Bidders will need to register an account (top left of the screen, takes a moment) and then they can begin bidding.

Timings as a reminder….
Event starts - 7pm
Bring a bottle or two for the wheelbarrow of booze. Each table brings something, leave the Blossom Hill behind!
Welcome and Heads and Tails (£5 per person), 7.30pm
Sit down to eat - 7.35pm
Best dressed table award and live auction of the wheelbarrow of booze - 8.45pm
The Chip Shop Boys take the stage for two sets - 9pm
Disco wraps up at 1am
Carriages - 12.30 - 1am.

World Cup Rugby
We’ve been asked numerous times in the last week - do we have plans to show the rugby matches? The answer unsurprisingly is ‘YES’ - we are a rugby club after all!

Here’s where you can watch….
4.45pm - England V Samoa, will be showing in the Members Bar. Feel free to arrive early in your black tie affair and enjoy a pre-party drink and the game in the clubhouse!
8.00pm - Ireland v Scotland, we will have a screen in the bar area of the marquee.
