U12 and U11 Tour 2016
Those of you with children in the U12 squad will already know but it is traditional for the U11 and U12 teams to tour together and introduce the younger age group to the world of rugby tours. Planning is already underway and we are looking forward to another successful tour!
The time has come for us to announce when we will be relieving you of your children and ask for some initial commitment to this.

When? Friday 15th April 2016 – Sunday 17th April 2017
Where: The Old Malt House, Swanage Dorset

The programme will run to a similar format to previous years with the children enjoying some non-rugby related activities on the Saturday and a local Dorset team hosting us on the Sunday morning before we return home. This will of course be sandwiched with lots of fun and giggles. Touring gives the team a great opportunity to bond as a group and I know we noticed a massive difference in the children after tour last year and the friendships that were developing.

Cost: £150 per child

This will include all travel, accommodation and catering. The only addition to this will possibly be the provision of a small amount of pocket money but we will confirm this nearer the time.
We are looking for firm commitment before Christmas and would ask that either the full balance for the tour is settled or a deposit of £50 with the balance to be paid four week prior to travel. We do not want anyone to miss out so please do contact us if there are financial difficulties and we can come up with an arrangement to help.
Later this week we will send out the bank account details and instructions on how to go about making payment.
We are looking to provide exclusive tour kit for the kids, which historically is funded through sponsorship and fundraising so beware, we will be looking for generous support.
At this time it would be good if you could put this date in the diary and let us know if you wish your child to attend.

These tours become a key part in the rugby lives of our children and young adults and form memories that will last them forever.
