Admission is by programme only: £5 for 2 adults & 2 children

Tournament Timings
Gates will open at 8:30am, hot food and drinks will be available.
We require all clubs to have registered by 9:15am and coaches attending the briefing that will be held by the TAGFEST sign at 9:30am
The first fixtures will begin at 10am and the last fixture will end around 3pm.
A trophy ceremony will be held shortly after by the big TAGFEST sign.

Player Registrations
Please completed the attached form per team and bring it on the day to the control tent for your age group.

Parking
Whilst Gosford All Blacks are lucky to have a great facility to accommodate the festival we are not blessed with the largest of car parks. We will be allocating one space to each age group per club so that the coaches can bring all the kit that we know is needed for such a day. Parking permits will be sent out in separate emails.
Parking is available 600m away at Water Eaton Park and Ride - Satnav: OX2 8HA. From there it is a 10 minute stroll to Stratfield Brake Sports Ground. Marshalls will guide the way.

How to pay for parking
Parking charges for up to 11 hours are £2. You will need to pay within an hour of arriving.
1. Cash or card at pay points near the terminal building
2. Online at www.parkreg.co.uk - We suggest enabling Swishpark in advance to avoid queues on the day
3. Mobile phone: pre-register at www.parkreg.co.uk, then text PARKREG and your location code (27362 for Water Eaton) to 67766.

Make sure you park in the Park and Ride as the Station Car Park has a different location code!

Refreshments & Catering
We will have hot food and drinks and a tuck shop. The tuck shop will require cash and will also sell ‘tickets’. These tickets need to be purchased from the tuck shop and exchanged for food and drink at the relevant outlet. This system ensures that the people serving your food and drinks do not also have to handle cash.

Wristbands
There are wristbands available at the entrance for parents to write a phone number on. This can significantly speed up reuniting parents and lost children.

Dogs
Please do not bring any dogs to the event, with the exception of guide dogs, of course.

Photos
We are pleased to announce that DE Photo have been appointed as the Professional Sports and Event Photographers for this event. This event, by its very nature, is in the public arena and when entering for the event the participant and their parents acknowledges this fact, which may result in the recording and publication of his/her image.
