Much decorated Will Harries arrives at Kingsey Road holding three Wales caps having played against New Zealand, Australia and the Barbarians, as well as numerous Wales 7’s Series Caps including the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Will is one of the stand out Championship attacking threats equally accomplished at fullback or on the wing, having played over 70 games for Ealing Trailfinders scoring 33 tries along the way including in the recent Championship Cup Final against London Irish.
Director of Rugby Matt Williams commented “I’m absolutely delighted with the capture of Will both as a player but also the experience and understanding he will bring to our backline. Will is incredibly knowledgeable but also a genuinely nice bloke with it! I can’t wait to tap into his thought process.”
Prior to signing on for Ealing Trailfinders, the Cardiff native played 99 games for Newport Dragons as well as 3 seasons at Northampton Saints and Bedford Blues on loan.
Will added “I’m really looking forward to starting a new challenge with Chinnor and seeing how far the team Matt has put together can go. It feels like an exciting moment for the Club and I’m delighted to be a part of it!"
