Having coaches who are safe and confident in delivering sessions is crucial to maintain the standard of coaching that is delivered across all age groups at Chinnor. Anyone who is coaching and does not yet possess a Level 1 or 2 coaching award needs to ensure they have attended a Rugby Ready course. This does not just make sessions safer but also ensure the players are learning in a fun and enjoyable enviroment.
