Dress code: Black tie
The tent will be ready for table decorating from lunchtime onwards on Saturday.
There will be a table plan provided and that is fixed by Wrenchy and myself.
The tables are 6 ft rounds and we will, as normal, award prizes for the best theme/decorations on the tables.
You are welcome to bring your own drink but there will be a full licensed bar open till 12 midnight with the entertainment finishing at 1am
We will leave envelopes on the tables for collection of £1 per head for Heads and Tails as well as details of the raffle and auction.
We also request one bottle of wine per table of 10 for the legendary wheelbarrow auction
Timings for the evening are as follows: 7pm arrival with sit down no later than 8pm (the sooner you sit down the sooner you dance!) Please be aware of this when booking Take Away food.
Please be mindful of others and do not block car parks and roads when setting up

When leaving, please be considerate of our neighbours and leave the event as quietly as possible. If driving to the event, please leave the main carpark outside the club free so we can use for taxi pick ups.
