Oxfordshire RFU’s Kevin Robinson, who chairs the County Performance Board responsible for all the County’s Representative teams U14 through to U18 was delighted to present Chinnor RFC with two sets of training balls for use by the club’s U15 & U16 teams as a token of thanks for all the support the club offers the county in hosting County Age Group games on Wednesday evenings throughout this past season.

Chinnor has a great history of hosting the county's various age groups in recent seasons establishing a reputation for their warm welcome and terrific catering. Kevin, who chaired the club for many years in the 1990’s says:

“It is wonderful to return here representing the County and to say a massive thank you to the club and to offer some support in return that will benefit the club's Youth teams at U15 &U16. New training balls are often overlooked in budget processes so we hope this will assist coaches and players in their development. Chinnor provide a number of players to our County Player Development Programme and can be very proud of their Youth programme “
