With the departure of Alfie To'oala to Clifton, Matt Williams today announced that the 1st XV captain for the 2015 - 2016 season will be James Tyas.

James who played 10 games for Chinnor last season brings significant experience to the club with his time at Worcester Warriors and Scotland U20.

James said "I have had a mentally tough 15 months before arrived however as soon as I got to Chinnor the Chinnor family; of both rugby squad and supporters have made it feel like home for me and I cannot wait to lead the team in what will be a very exciting upcoming season"

We wish James and the rest of the team all the success they need in what is shaping up to be a fantastic season.
