Kate Blackwell named mini clubman of the year

Kate was awarded it this year for her sterling work organising and supplying our first aiders for a number of seasons now

A fantastic year for the minis saw the season culminate in a mini fun day followed by an award ceremony for each age group.

In addition the playing awards the overwhelming winner of the mini clubman of the year award, as voted for by the age group admins and lead coaches was Kate Blackwell.

Mini chairman Grant Chanter praised the time and dedication Kate continues to show to the club. Of her role as first aid co-ordinator Grant said "Kate was awarded it this year for her sterling work organising and supplying our first aiders for a number of seasons now"

The following playing honours were awarded by the coaching teams for each age group:

Player of the season: Edward Bailey
Most improved player: Guy Blackwell

Player of the season: Max Muncaster
Most improved player: Jack Paley

Congratulations to all those receiving honours and all the children who have pulled on the black and white shirt this season, you all have a lot to be proud of.
