After two close encounters a Chinnor team on the up travel to Worthing in which is promised to be a close and hard fought encounter. At present Worthing are sitting two places above Chinnor in 13th place. Worthing who have lost their last five encounters are looking to turn their luck around this weekend with a team that will include former Cornish Pirates prop Ryan Storer who played 81 times for his former team which will bring a challenge to Chinnor’s set piece. Worthing are coached by former 21 times capped Irish international back row Kieron Dawson and after last years two close matches both won by Worthing 21-26 and 36-14 signals that this will be no easy encounter for a strong Chinnor team this year.
Chinnors team selection shows a settled pack with only one change where Daz Oliver returns after representing the Combined Services vs Bath United last Monday, which sees Andy Tibbatts drop to the bench. The backline shows Greg Goodfellow promoted from the bench in a straight swap with Frank Jones and after a successful loan period Will Millett returns to his parent club Nottingham which sees Marcus Beer move from fullback to fly half. Finally the team sees two new additions with that of Cornish Pirates duo Alex Dancer and Keiron Goss .
