Starting with registration at 10am, new and existing players will have the opportunity to meet the coaching team and get involved in age-related training and games.

For the youngsters (aged 6, 7 and 8), there will be tag rugby; for the next group (years 3 to 6) mixed touch rugby whilst secondary school aged players, parents and senior players will be able to take part in a round-robin touch rugby festival. There will be a separate session for Colts players and for teenage girls. All will be supported by coaches and senior team players.

Local fitness provider, PowerHouse Performance Club will be on hand to answer questions on improving health and well-being through exercise. We are hoping that Rugby Tots who provide fun exercise classes for pre-schoolers will also be on hand.

Lunch will be provided (free of charge) and there will be opportunity to buy refreshments and snacks during the day. The club shop will be open at the start of the day for club merchandise.

John Ashfield, Club President, said "This is a great way to find out more about rugby and fitness at the club in Thame. We are one of the largest sports clubs around and have a good social scene too. As a club, we are always looking for new players and aim to make everyone welcome. For existing members and supporters it is an opportunity to meet up, out of season, to play some touch rugby and catch up with friends."
