Chinnor Rugby Club are looking to break records and take 200 players, parents & supporters to Twickenham for the Red Roses clash with Ireland in the Women’s Six Nations competition.

It’s an old-fashioned day out with coaches leaving the club at 11am in the morning and returning around 6pm on Saturday 20th April.

The event is open to all. We would encourage all players and their families to invite siblings. Club supporters, sponsors and friends are very welcome.

This will be the last time to see the Red Roses at Twickenham before the Women’s Rugby World Cup in 2025, when we hope that England will make it to the final – and win!
We are delighted that Bishop & Sewell, a leading law firm, has agreed to sponsor the entry ticket cost for Junior players (aged 16 and below).

Bishop & Sewell, based in central London and specialising in personal, property and commercial legal matters, is proud to support initiatives that promote participation in community sport, and, in particular, rugby. One of the firm’s partners lives near Thame and is an enthusiastic supporter of Chinnor Rugby Club, cheering on their own girls and teammates from the sidelines in recent years!

Tickets comprise coach travel and match entry, and are priced at £35 for adults and £20 for juniors. Tickets are available here.

Seating will be in blocks, so families, groups of players and age-groups will need to self-organise a little on the day. Matchday entry tickets will be issued prior to arriving at Twickenham Stadium.

There will be responsible adults on each coach (to count everyone on and off), but the club request that Junior players are accompanied by an adult.
