With the season only just finished, the diggers arrived promptly on Tuesday morning to make the most of what was due to be a set-up week for the builders. Set up they are and digging they have started!

Manholes have been revealed and discussions are in progress with building control to re-route the drains to remove our reliance on a foul waste pump. The excavations in the cellar ante-room are done and the intruder alarm is soon to be relocated. New exit doors for the players’ bar and changing room corridor are due for delivery early next week.

Though, part of the front of the clubhouse is fenced off, it's business as usual for the Colts dinner and the U16s end-of-season meal this coming weekend
