This year the clubs main social event of the year “ The Picnic Ball” will take place on Saturday 29th September
PLACES ARE BEING SOLD NOW!
As in previous years, the clue is in the title "Picnic Ball" - you will need to bring your table dressing, food, etc required for the evening. As usual, prizes will be awarded for the best dressed tables
There will be a full bar licensed until Midnight, you are, of course, welcome to bring your own beer, wine etc
This year we welcome back the renowned Band AFTERSUN who were fantastic last year.
There will also be a disco
Dress Code Black Tie
Dancing will be untill 1.00am
Tables of ten will be sold at £40.00 per head. Despite increased costs we have held the price to that of previous years.
For table bookings, I must stress it is no good saying I sent a text or left a message, until its confirmed with me there is no booking.
Please liaise with your age groups and friends when booking as last year we had duplications that resulted in lost revenue for the club.

Payment is due within 7 days of the booking; if not received the table will be released back to the waiting list.
Payment methods are by cheque (made payable to Chinnor RFC), cash, or by Credit Card at the club.
This year we will accept Online payments but to identify the table we MUST have the reference PB and the name the table is booked in or there will be great confusion!
