Membership

Many people have asked for an on-line membership form - well here it is. The membership form is in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format and can be viewed/downloaded here

It is, of course, a requirement that players register with Chinnor and also the RFU. Here are the RFU registration forms for the 2006/2007 season - click on one of the links below to download the PDF:

Adult membership
Membership type	Yearly cost	What membership offers
Social Member	£45	Limited club membership for those adults who wish to use the club house facilities and bars.
Senior Non-Playing Member	£55	Full club membership for adults wishing to contribute to and benefit from all that Chinnor RFC has to offer. As Social Member plus Voting at AGM/EGM, access to international ticket draw, access to coaching courses
Senior Playing Member	£90	Full club membership for adult rugby players, coaches and referees. As Senior Playing Member plus use of changing facilities, use of gym, access to Physio, playing/coaching/referee insurance
Vice President	£140	Full club membership for adults who wish to offer additional support to the club. As Senior Playing Member plus VP lunches, priority booking for club functions and dinners
Youth
Membership type	Yearly cost	What membership offers
Mini Member	£32	Limited membership for children aged between 5 and 11 on Sept 1st on the respective season. (Requires parent or guardian to be a club member)
Junior Member	£35	Limited membership for children aged between 12 and 18 on Sept 1st on the respective season. (Requires parent or guardian to be a club member)
Student	£45	Full club membership for players who are over 18 years old and in full time education.
