Welcome

Hello and welcome to the Chinnor U11's. We welcome new players and are inclusive of both boys and girls.

Mouthguards are mandatory so please ensure they are available for training and games.

Training

• Training starts on the 3rd September:
• Training Session Time 11:00 to 12:30
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration and a prompt start

Typical Timetable

• Before : group warm up games & player sign-in
• Warm-up, stretches
• Skill session 1 e.g. tackle, ruck, maul
• Skill session 2 e.g. passing, running, evasive skills
• Game play
• Debrief, next week and awards
• Finish, player sign out
• Back to the club house

Coaches
All the coaches have been DBS checked and various levels of coaching certificates (including Rugby Ready, Level 1 & Level2), we are working to have all coaches qualified to level 1 (under 7 - 12 qualified).
